Monster Brownies

MonsterBrownies-Featured-NerdsAndNomsense

Hey, Nerdship. I had a slightly crummy day. Woke up feeling sick, ended up having to go to Walmart despite feeling crummy, and most of the movies I wanted to watch weren’t on Netflix. Don’t worry, the wah-mbulance will be picking me up shortly. 😉  I decided that was grounds for making some epic Monster Brownies. Let’s get started!

Cast of characters: sugar, cocoa, eggs, salt, baking powder, vanilla, flour, peanut butter, oil, pecans, oreos, M&M’s, butter.

  • ½ cup vegetable oil

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Preheat oven to 350. Nuke your peanut butter in a little dish, stir it around to ensure evenly low viscosity. 😉

Grease a baking pan. Pour in the batter. Pour the now-liquefied peanut butter right on top, then marbleize it with your butter knife. Keep going until the peanut butter looks thoroughly entrenched.

Press your oreos evenly into the surface of the batter.

Pop ‘em into your preheated oven and bake for about 30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean and the brownies are set.
