Bacon Chocolate Chip Cookies | Everything is Better with Bacon

Who doesn’t love chocolate chip cookies? Ooooey-goooey goodness in every bite. You’d think they’re perfect as is, right. Well… what happens if we add a little bit of bacon to the mix? Perfection!

Bacon Chocolate Chip Cookies

You will need:

  • Cookie sheets lined with parchment paper.
  • 1 c. (at least!) Pig Candy, with or without nuts.
  • 2 ½ c. (300 gm) all-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp. baking soda
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • 1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • 1 c. salted butter, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • 2 c. semisweet chocolate chips

Pre-heat oven to 300.

In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

Cream sugar and butter in a large mixing bowl.

Slowly add eggs and vanilla until fully blended and until smooth.

Add flour mixture to mixer, blending until combined thoroughly.

Fold Pig Candy and Pecans into the dough until evenly distributed.

Drop tablespoon-size balls of dough onto baking sheets with 2” in between cookies.

Bake at 300 for 20-25 minutes.
