Jessica is writer by trade, a nerd by choice, and an education coordinator by necessity.
In her former life as a New Yorker, she was an actress, a director, and a cabaret chanteuse. Now, she lives in Chicago where she is earning her MFA in Creative Writing and constantly arguing the legitimacy of genre writing with her more literary minded peers. Her first fictional boyfriend was Han Solo and like most writers, her tiny apartment is stuffed with a magnificently disproportionate amount of books. You can visit her tumblr, music is my boyfriend, for visual and aural representations of her obsessions.
